Hi Nick! I think your site diagram might be more helpful if you overlay it with an areal map/photograph of the site. I understand what you are trying to show, but it would be interesting to see the actual interplay between the grids and your proposed building. :)
I like the idea of two overlapping grids. It might be something cool to bring into your building program. Shifting floors to the differing grids might be something to look at.
Looking at the site diagram again. Overlapping the two grids I have placed on the site (the angled grid and the existing 90 degree grid).
