I can only comment very little on the plans, since they are really only diagrams and only show the building footprints without any context!
You need to show the entire site and start making real plans that clearly show the geometries, scale and program. In order to draw the sections, you will need to rework the plans in a parallel effort.

I agree with Enno that the need for context is there. I'm not sure how you access your building from the street or from the Pru.
I do like your diagrams for the layout. It seems to have a good flow.
