Took a quick stab at diagramming the views for "potential urban theater". This will be a key part to the project presentation. I have decided not to include these diagrams in a separate drawing, but on all of the sections (building and site). The diagram isn't as strong on the plans.

I like your points where viewing would take part. I think looking back at your sections that one thru your "theater" would be helpful. Especially seeing your building beyond.
